Failing yet succeeding.

It was in friday night at the CSUN dorms, and a friend was having a countdown for her 18th birthday. But my roommates and I could't make it on time because we all had to study for something. Any who, since we were showing up late, we decided on making it special while we walk on. On our day down on the stair we started on planning, but we left an unfinished planned. As we arrived at their door, we still didn't have a clue of what to do, but rang the door bell anyway. We rang it twice before they heard and ask who it way. Being caught in the moment someone said it was the RA. Then they asked again, and we said it was the RA again. While this was happening there was thumping noise inside, and we were wondering what it was. Then they finally answered the door and screamed, THAT WAS YOU GUYS?! YOU JUST MADE EVERYONE LEAVE! We were pretty embarrassed. We found out that the thumping noise we heard was the party hopping over the balcony. So pretty much they were kinda angry at us, but they forgave us. except these group of guys that  kept bringing it up because were really butthurt. Being the good people we were we went into our friend's dorms to tell them to go back to the party. Anyway, we sure made a special entrance, except we we scared the whole party away.
